Marc Sautier's sensibility awoke to the world of the plastic arts

when he was a child : during his leisure hours , his father used

oil-painting ,water-colours or charcoal .

He could meet artists such as JP.Vigneulle and especially Edmond Rigal ,

a personality ,so strong and so humble at the same time .

It was with this famous engraver that diffusion of colours came to him ,

while helping him at the press , and attending the creation of new monotypes

Though , Marc Sautier had been recording for many years

but still remained silent .
